Hibiscus is an end-to-end packaging solutions provider in India. My scope of work was in two parts; brand work and department setup.

DEPARTMENT SETUP

This included a range of standardisation from outlining an SOP to define the client experience from approach to the final handover, to creating templates for all collateral and even formats for how to organise and share client files.

BRAND WORK
We began with a branding exercise to align the brands long-term vision and an understanding of the challenges faced. Based on this, after the name was finalised, a new identity and its brand book were created, along with diverse directions for the visual language.
